Booking Conditions

Cancellation

All booking classes:

  • Free: up to 24 hours before departure
  • 100% of the fare: less than 24 hours before departure

Book by the hour (incl. Sightseeing Tours):

  • Free: up to 24 hours before departure
  • 100% of the fare: fewer than 24 hours before departure
Waiting Time on Pick-up

Complimentary waiting time for all pick-up locations (except airport):

  • 15 minutes from the agreed pick-up time.

Complimentary waiting time for airport pickup (with flight number):

  • All booking classes: 45 minutes from actual landing.

If no flight number is provided:

  • 15 minutes standard waiting time applies regardless of landing time.

Extension of waiting time:

  • Passenger can request extra time. Approval depends on driver’s availability.
  • Cost: 1.00 EUR/USD/GBP per minute (charged in booking currency).
Book by the Hour

Booking starts with the customer’s arrival or after free waiting time. The driver remains for the entire reserved period.

Meeting Point with the Driver (Airport Pickup)

Outside baggage claim area at assigned gate (if flight number provided). Driver will have a pickup sign with passenger name.

Stop-offs

Destination Booking:

  • Must be specified in “Additional Information” during booking.
  • Spontaneous stop-offs subject to driver approval.

Book by the hour:

  • Inform driver on-site or during booking via “Additional Information.”
  • Stop-offs within booked time are free (additional mileage may apply).
Complimentary Miles

Destination Booking: All necessary miles included. Extra miles incur charges (see Changes to Booking).

Changes to Booking

Extending hourly bookings:

  • Request extension before journey starts.
  • On-site extension subject to driver approval.
  • Extensions only in 1-hour blocks, extra charges apply.
Extra Costs During the Booking

Any extra charges incurred will be billed post-ride to the original payment method. The booking customer is responsible.

Nonconclusion of the Booking

Passenger does not turn up: 100% charge applies if no-show and unreachable during free waiting time.

Driver does not turn up: Contact Chauffeur Force for an alternative solution.

Passenger prevents transport: Full fee charged if passenger cancels due to non-agreed special services (e.g. pets, children, luggage).

Number of Luggage

Each passenger can carry one hand luggage free of charge (e.g., purse, laptop bag). Larger suitcases not allowed in passenger compartment.

  • E-Class: 2 pieces, max 158cm each
  • V-Class: 7 pieces, max 158cm each
  • S-Class: 2 pieces, max 158cm each
General Information

Rules in the vehicle:

  • No smoking
  • Seat belts must be worn
  • Respect and care for the vehicle

Failure to comply may result in full charges and compensation claims for damages or excess cleaning.

Transport of Children, Animals, and Excess Luggage

Must be declared in “Additional Information” during booking. For child seats, provide age, height, and weight. Non-compliance may result in journey cancellation and full charges.
